Is musluv still open for business?

Yes, we are!

As an online business, we are able to operate as normal in terms of fulfilling your orders and shipping them quickly.

Our supply chain from India has not been affected, with our current stock having been produced well before the COVID-19 outbreak.

Is it safe to order from musluv?

Knowing the importance of safety around baby products, we already had stringent hygiene practices in place around fulfilling your orders.

With the current worldwide situation, we have now added a few extra steps to ensure your continued safety.

Our supply chain from India has not been affected, with our current stock having been produced well before the COVID-19 outbreak.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number is included in your shipping notification email from us.

Your order may not show regular tracking updates until Australia Post sorts your parcel in your state. However, you can be confident that your parcel is on the way, even if there aren’t any such immediate updates.

Please note that Australia Post have advised to allow more time than normal to see updates on the progress of your delivery.

Are there any delivery delays due to COVID-19?

Australia Post have advised a general delay in parcel delivery due to the impact of reduced flights, physical distancing procedures and increased online shopping. They are working continuously to maintain delivery and apologise for any inconvenience.

We are currently aware of delays of orders outside of NSW (where we are based).

Should I choose the "express post" option?

If you choose the "express post" option, please be aware that whilst your parcel will still be treated as a priority over standard parcels, Australia Post are no longer guaranteeing next day delivery. The delays caused by these unprecedented times are unfortunately affecting express parcels too.
