We would love you to be happy with your purchase, and so we have created our Returns Policy, which is in addition to your rights under Australian consumer law.
Change of mind returns
If you want to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or store credit (in our discretion) provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of receipt;
- The item is in resaleable condition (unworn, unwashed and unused and in its original condition and original packaging); and
- It is not a sale item.
If these requirements are not satisfied, we will not be able to offer an exchange or store credit for change of mind returns.
All care is taken to make sure the product you see in our online shop is the product you receive. However, we will accept product returns and provide you with a repair, an exchange, a store credit or a refund (at our discretion) where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match our description.
We may also assess the condition of returned product prior to providing a repair, exchange, store credit or refund. This will result in a repair, exchange, store credit or refund being refused if we determine that the fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
How to return a product
Before making any return, please contact us at email@example.com and we will let you know what is the process for returning the product. Please note that any additional postage or packaging cost required for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.
